Island Roll is a free tropical ball rolling game you can play online in your browser. Your ball races along a wooden bridge that winds between palm islands and turquoise water, and you steer it left and right to reach the finish gate without falling into the holes.
How to play Island Roll
Drag your finger left and right to steer on a phone or tablet, or use the arrow keys or A and D on a computer. The ball is fast from level one and speeds up every level. Planks are missing in places, leaving holes in the bridge, and rolling into one ends the run at once, so follow the lane of coins that marks the safe way through. Later levels add zig-zag holes where you must swerve from one side to the other in a split second. Hammers, spinning bars, swinging balls, bumper pins, moving blocks and bounce pads make the bridge even harder. Collect coins in a row to build a cash combo that multiplies each coin up to x5, and finish a level with no bumps for a perfect run bonus. Spend your cash in the shop on new ball skins.
Tips
- Look ahead for the hazard-striped edge of a hole and move to the safe lane early, because steering is smooth rather than instant.
- Keep your coin chain alive: a bump resets the combo, so a clean line is worth more cash.
- Narrow lanes in later levels are only slightly wider than the ball, so make small movements instead of big swipes.
